Every wonder what it would sound like if you took some soulful old west cowboy jams and mixed it up with today’s modern funk/glitch bass music? Well that’s pretty much exactly what we have right here from the San Francisco duo K Theory. I just have to warn you though, this track is seriously catchy and pretty much guaranteed to get stuck in your head for a few days. It started doing that to me anyway, so much so that I had to beg the guys for a promo copy to get up on here! Big thanks to the K Theory lads and please show some and check out the rest of the release on Beatport :D

Also on a side note, this tune makes me want to play borderlands :D

New one on the way from Philadelphia based producer Mitis and oh my, is it a wild little piece of 110 delight. “Elixir”, which will be available for purchase via Heavy Artillery Records on July 3 is a heater of a moombahcore banger that’s sure erupt a frenzy on  dance floors this summer. Mitis himself is a very interesting character as well, having started his musical career as a classically trained pianist and pursuing it to the prestigious levels of performing at Carnegie Hall in New York. Very interesting and I must applaud Mitis on his ability to provide an interesting bio for bloggers such as myself to draw flavor text from.

A remix that the Noisia boys handed down to producer Receptor after being impressed with his work as a producer, the results are quite amazing and a far departure form what Noisia is used to sounding like. Glitch hoppy 100bpm funk fest remix of Alpha Centauri. SIck! If you want to grab this one for free just register at the official Noisia page linked below :D
